Where are you from?
I am from Hartford, CT
What inspired you to start your business?
What inspired me to start my business? I have a target market I’m trying to reach which are the young girls. I want to be a voice for those in need to show love and support. I also have the need for being on my own time and I enjoy doing what I wanna do.
Could you tell us more about your business and any other businesses that you may have?
I’m a Fashion Headband Designer. I design cute headbands with a tasty twist all custom designs made for any occasion. My headbands are Girly, Edgy, Fun, Classic, Expressive, Daring, Different, Unique, Jazzy, Stylist, and Fashionable. Blogging have became another business for me I enjoy it very much and love connecting with like minded writers with a passion.
What has been your biggest accomplishment on your journey so far?
My biggest accomplishment on my journey so far has been getting my name out there before I had a product. “Cupcakebands” may ring bells to those who follow me and even those who may seen promotion or attended any of my events. Make a name for yourself and get it out there.
What does your ideal future hold for you?
My Ideal future hold a lot of traveling “Business Trips” and plenty of work plus networking and building long lasting connections.
Imagine that there is at least one person reading this who is trying to be where you are (as far as starting a business and accomplishing goals). What advice would you give them?
My advice for anyone trying to accomplish their goals would be to work hard and let your work speak for you. At times you barley have to say a word, and don’t stop at the first NO there’s plenty more where that came from. Just try to be better than yourself before you see anyone as competition. You will only go as far as you would like to go.
How can we continue to follow your journey? (Social media, email, website, etc.?)

Where are you from?
I am from Queens NY
What inspired you to start your business?
My inspiration came from my shoes, every pair I put on constantly fell of while walking, so I decided to do something about it, realizing I couldn't be the only one with this problem.

Could you tell us more about your business and any other businesses that you may have?
My business is everything shoe straps, my company is Saphya which means beautiful  I currently have over  23 designs, I've also expanded into boot straps knowing that most women love bling so not only do I bling out shoes but I'm also bringing out boots.
What has been your biggest accomplishment on your journey so far?
My biggest accomplishment to date is meeting women who are like minded, it's not about making money for me, it's about the connections, the money will come but the connections last a lifetime.
What does your ideal future hold for you?
The future is brighter than ever, I'm looking at being a contestant on shark tank, so major fashion shows have reached out to my team, and also some new items will be coming soon, so look out for Saphya.
Imagine that there is at least one person reading this who is trying to be where you are (as far as starting a business and accomplishing goals). What advice would you give them?
My advice for anyone who wants to start a business is move forward, if you don't try you will never know. God has a plan for everyone and if his plan say go start a business don't think twice, the hardest thing is taking that first step, but it's worth it doesn't matter the age some people think there to old, no your not, it's your time... Just do it.
